Grape variety(ies): 100% Montepulciano
Vinification: Light pneumatic pressing then maceration of the skins at low temperature. Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts for 15 days at 24°C then 4 months in barrels.
Tasting note:
Intense ruby red color with very colored tears. The nose is intense and complex with notes of jammy black fruits, bitter chocolate, fresh coffee and almond. On the palate, the attack is rich and ample, perfectly balanced by the tannins, freshness and roundness with light notes of evolution. The finish is long and balanced with almond aromas.
