Description

Roquefort is probably the best known French cheese along with Camembert ..... A rich cheese full of history! Made exclusively from sheep's milk, Roquefort is evenly veined with blue or green mould. It has a frank and powerful taste with a fine and pronounced flavour. Its crumbly paste oozes but must be "buttery", i.e. unctuous and well bound.
