This cheese is distinguished by its slightly wrinkled ivory rind, which is sometimes covered with a bluish down. It has a soft, creamy, white colour. Saint-Félicien is a French cheese from the Dauphiné. It is a close cousin of another Dauphiné cheese, Saint-Marcellin.
