BCAAs are one of the 9 essential amino acids, which means that our bodies are unable to synthesise them themselves and must therefore be supplied by food or food supplements. BCAAs help muscle recovery and renewal.

Mix 7.5g of Biotech BCAA 8:1:1 Zero with 250ml of fresh water. Consume 2 portions a day. Preferably before and after training.
