The nose is broad and elegant. The hint of olive and mown grass is clear, as are vegetal notes of artichoke and green almond. Mild at first glance, the taste reveals itself to have a strong but restrained bitterness, an intense and persistent spiciness, as well as teasing the palate with a lingering sensation of vitality.
