Description

Ideal in Thai chicken, beef or fish, prawn soup, stir-fried noodles or tofu.

To make the best use of it, brown 1 to 2 tsp of spices in coconut oil in a wok, add 20 cl of coconut milk and then dip your pieces of meat in for around 10 minutes. Serve with rice and fresh coriander.
