Tomme cheese made from whole cow's milk to which garlic (1%) has been added. It is coated with herbs de Provence, which gives the cheese a fresh, aromatic flavour and a slightly garlicky taste. It is normal for a slight white flora to appear on the surface of the rind, this is a sign that the floral flavour has penetrated the paste and the cheese becomes smoother.
