This cream cheese, as the Swiss like to call it, is made from mountain milk from the canton of Fribourg. The farms are located around the famous Moléson which is a summit of the Friborg Pre-Alps. The milk is enriched with cream and refined in a cold cellar, this is where this masterpiece improves for 5 months. The Crémeux des Alpes is a characterful cheese with a wonderful length in the mouth with a particularly creamy and pleasant body.
