A cheese with a strong personality, Munster, also called Munster-Géromé, is a cheese recognizable by its supple and slightly moist orange rind. Its dough is soft even creamy. A strong bouquet of terroir accompanies its high taste in the mouth. Munster takes its name from the term "monastery".
