Semi-cooked cheese, matured with a mixture of spices and herbs. Honey, flower aromas and young wood send a greeting from the alpine meadow. This cheese is best enjoyed with the rind exhaling its floral aromas. Its origin is Austrian, it was once called Spring Tomme.
