A subtle blend of 90% Pinot Meunier and 10% Pinot Noir, it ages for at least 24 months in our cellars.
A judicious contribution of Champagne red wine brings it, in addition to its
beautiful color, an ideal flavor for red meats and desserts with
base of red fruits. Some even like it as an aperitif
From the oenologist's side:
Pastel pink color, reminiscent of salmon flesh, and slight reflections
orange. The fine bubbles give a regular effervescence.
The nose evokes notes of cookies, peony, raspberries which evolve
towards notes of undergrowth and dried fruits.
The attack on the palate is fresh, the "acid-sugar" balance is delicious.
The finish, quite long, is warm.
The tasting describes a cuvée with several faces: greedy and severe to
at the same time, fruity and mineral, round and pointed, seductive but with a lot
Character.
