Blend of 50% Pinot Meunier and 50% Pinot Black. Prestige comes from the selection of the best vintages of Pinot Noir and Pinot Meunier. The ardor of Pinot Noir is tempered by the wisdom of Pinot Meunier. This champagne ages at least 36 months in our cellar. Prestige is a full-bodied Champagne very popular with connoisseurs, which is packaged in a shaped bottle unusual and oak-colored. From the oenologist's side: Pale yellow gold color with deep pale yellow reflections fairly dense and satiny appearance, fine bubbles and a persistent ruff. Nose: clayey earth, ginger, tea infusion, lemon zest, fresh grapes, peach, honeysuckle, apricot, horseradish, orange, smoked, pineapple. Palate: Frank and clean attack, creamy and melted effervescence. Fleshy fruity, supported by an orange acidity finely stitched to a clay minerality which gives a great scale, patina and gluttony on the palate. Full and homogeneous finish leaving a pulpy and tropical fruity sensation. Awards: Silver Medal at the La Capelle Terroir Products Competition 2021.
