Vinification: Manual harvest. 12-day maceration with pumping over twice a day. Spontaneous malolactic fermentation. Aging for 12 months, part in old barrels and part in vats with micro-oxygenation
The color is intense garnet red with purplish reflections. The nose is intense
on notes of black fruit, cocoa, mocha and vanilla.
The attack on the palate is full-bodied with a dominance of aging and a
light black fruits. The finish is impressive in length on the mocha
and vanilla with a silky tannin
