batonnage on fine lees
The color is pale yellow with green reflections. The nose is intense on aromas
of fresh fruits like green apple, peach with a herbal touch and a mineral nuance. The attack on the palate is lively and fresh which develops on a beautiful volume in the mouth. The finish is long on the fruity structure
