Aging in lightning for 8 to 12 months gives this wine finely woody notes. Tasting: Beautiful cardinal red wine with a powerful structure and elegant aromas of cooked fruit ending with spicy notes. Mets: Rack of lamb, game, duck, grilled prime rib. Can be kept 5 to 15 years
