This organic coffee is grown in the Marcala region of southwest Honduras. It is a mixture of varieties (Catuai, Bourbon rouge and Typica) harvested by hand, produced in very small quantities. It offers notes of red berries, honey, caramel and apricot.
At Clave de Sol Farm, coffee has been cultivated with passion for generations. Today, the farm belongs to Miriam Elizabeth Pérez, whom everyone calls Betty and who does everything possible to preserve the fauna and flora that surround her.
