Vinification: Fermentation in 7000 liters fritoconical tank, then aging in French barrels of 240 and 450 liters for 9 months then in amphora of 800 liters.
Tasting note: The color is intense garnet red. The nose reveals a complex bouquet of black fruits, rosemary, thyme, balsamic and a touch of menthol. The palate is structured, while keeping the freshness of the mourvèdre, with the empyreumatic aromas of the dominant nose. The finish is rich and long.
