Vinification: Manual harvest by night. Fermentation in stainless steel vats thermoregulated with indigenous yeasts. Aging in concrete vats. Tasting Note: A moderately intense garnet red color. The nose is intense and complex with dominant red fruits such as ripe strawberry, blackcurrant with a slightly spicy touch. The attack on the palate is silky and evolves on delicate aromas of fresh currant, sweet spices and slightly floral. The finish is persistent and juicy with fine tannins.
