Vinification: Light pneumatic pressing followed by maceration of skins at low temperature. Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel vats with indigenous yeasts for 20 days at 24 ° C.
Tasting Note: Intense ruby red color with very colorful tears.The nose is intense and complex with notes of ripe black fruit, plum, exotic wood, cocoa, leather and spices. On the palate, the attack is rich and full with a sensation of sweetness mixed with very ripe fruits and spices. The finish is long and balanced with a silky tannin grain.
