Grape variety(s): 100% Primitivo Vinification: Light pneumatic pressing followed by low-temperature maceration of the skins. Fermentation in thermoregulated stainless steel tanks with indigenous yeasts for 20 days at 24°C. Tasting notes: Intense ruby red with very colorful tears. The nose is intense and complex with notes of ripe black fruit, plums, exotic wood, cocoa, leather, and spices. On the palate, the attack is rich and full with a sensation of sweetness, blended with very ripe fruit and spices. The finish is long and balanced with silky tannins. Serving temperature: 16°C Food and wine pairing: Ideal with a charcuterie board (spicy salami, coppa, ...). Potential: To be enjoyed today and for up to 5 years in a good cellar.
