Vinification: Mechanical harvest. Alcoholic fermentation 8 to 10 days. Maceration of 2 to 3 weeks. Aging in barrels of which 30% new barrels.
Tasting Note: Bright ruby color of medium intensity. The nose is open and pleasant with notes of black fruits like blackberry and blackcurrant. The attack is fresh and offers a nice fruit around a structure combining power and material. The finish is dense with a good tannic structure.

Food & Wine Pairing: Ideal on a Braised Carrot Beef or Grilled Lamb Mouse.
Keeping potential: To be tasted today and until 3 to 8 years in a good cellar
