Vinification: Traditional with fermentation in lightning and native yeasts.
Tasting Note: The color is pale yellow in color. The nose is complex and pleasant on the white fruit (Williams pear), the white flower (acacias / honeysuckle), mineral and with a hint of woody presence. The attack on the palate is supple and evolves on a moderate fat mixed with white fruits and wood more present than on the nose. The whole forms a wine of impressive elegance.
Serving temperature: 10 ° C Food and wine pairings: To accompany a square of Iberian pork, or a Vitello Tonnato.
Potential of guard: To drink today and during 1 to 3 years conserved in a good cellar.
