Varietal (s): 95% Sangiovese, 5% Canaiolo and Colorino
Vinification: Hand-picked grapes. Fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats then maturation in French oak barrels for 10 to 12 months before bottling and then 6 months in bottle.
Tasting Note: The color is intense purple red with garnet hues. The nose is powerful and rich with aromas of black cherry, cocoa, white pepper and eucalyptus. The attack on the palate is full and evolves on the aromas of cherry, plum and light roasting. The finish is long with pleasant tannins.

Food pairing: Ideal with grilled red meat or osso bucco.
Aging potential: To be enjoyed today and until 4 to 6 years old.
