Production: The main ingredients used in its composition are the Piedmontese wines and the hand-picked and scrupulously selected herbs in the Alpes Maritimes, where sea and mountains coexist. Vermouth Rosso is made from an old recipe called "Vermouth Barolo", which uses Nebbiolo grapes from the Bussia Barolo vineyard.
Tasting note: Mahogany dress with golden highlights. The nose is intense and complex on wild plants, roots (gentian) and yellow fruit liqueur. The attack on the palate is rich and fatty and evolves on the aromatic medicinal herbs balanced between freshness, sweetness and bitterness. The finish is ultra persistent with a retro gentian.
