Production: The main ingredients used in its composition are the Piedmontese wines and the hand-picked and scrupulously selected herbs in the Alpes Maritimes, where sea and mountains coexist. Vermouth Bianco is made from an old unique recipe that uses Moscato grapes.
Tasting Note: Straw color with golden highlights. The nose is intense and complex on wild plants, ripe pear, lemon zest and a touch of mint. The attack on the palate is rich and fatty and evolves on the aromatic medicinal herbs balanced between freshness, sweetness and bitterness. The finish is ultra persistent with a retro on the herbs.
