Description
This coffee is a microlot produced by Maria Dolores Zelaya, on a family farm where 4 hectares are reserved for coffee growing. The harvest is spread from December to March and the coffee is dried in the sun. A coffee with notes of caramel, apricot, lemon and a full body with aromas of tangerines and red berries. The Mini Granja Dilma farm is a partner of Café Organico Marcala (COMSA), which supports producers wishing to set up cutting-edge organic farming. This cooperative regularly organizes coffee tasting and organic farming courses for its members, as well as it subsidizes the education of children.
