Vinification: Manual harvesting, destemming then slow pressing. After 48 hours of settling, alcoholic fermentation in thermo-regulated stainless steel vats.
Tasting Note: A beautiful pale yellow color moderately intense. The nose is intense and pleasant on aromas of ripe citrus, lime and a slight floral touch. The attack on the palate is fresh with a great vivacity and evolves on a more fatty mid-palate bringing a good balance. The finish is long and dominated by citrus fruits.
