Vinification: The harvest is manual. The fermentation takes place thanks to the indigenous yeasts and no oenological products are used during the vinification. The harvest is destemmed and the macerations can last from 2 to 4 weeks with very little intervention on the vats. The farms are made in concrete vats. Tasting Note: A medium intense ruby color. The nose is elegant on blackcurrant, blackberry, raspberry and chalky notes. The attack on the palate is supple and greedy on the dominant fruit with a present but flexible tannins. The finish is greedy, digestible and long.
